All products purchased on the Fleabags & Co. site are shipped via Australia Post at the following rates.

0 - 1kg — $5 flat rate
1.1kg - 3kg — $9.95 flat rate
3.1kg - 6kg – $14.95 flat rate
Above 6.1kg – $19.95 flat rate

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping at Fleabags & Co.! We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy. Returns:
  • All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached, and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Refunds:
  • After receiving your return, the condition of your item will be inspected and if your return is approved we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
  • Refunds will be made to credit cards or by the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
  • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • For defective or damaged products, please email with a photo of the item and details of the issue to establish if a refund or exchange is applicable.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
